This is your invitation to participate in the Maroon and Gold Standards of Excellence customer service training program. The Maroon and Gold Standards of Excellence, MAGSOE, is an on-line customer service training program that has been created to address the unique service situations that occur at the university. As a result of completing the program you will gain greater confidence in your ability to provide excellent service to students, parents, coworkers and the community.
The Maroon and Gold Standards of Excellence training program introduces you to key customer service principles in an interactive program. This program is hosted on Blackboard and is delivered directly to your desktop. Typical learners complete the program in approximately one hour.
You will need to self enroll in the MAGSOE program. The attached document will give you instructions on how to assign yourself into your training group: Help Desk_Alison Stillwell. You will have access to the MAGSOE program from January 25, 2012 through February 27,2012. Be sure to complete the program during this timeframe. A short introduction at the beginning of the program will teach you how to stop, restart and easily navigate through the course.
